My truck has been suffering some long cranks first I thought I wasn't pushing the clutch in far enough but that is not the issue. I've disconnected and cleaned the terminals, the battery was tested and is good. I cleaned the air filter, and near by sensors. Also, replaced the spark plugs yesterday. All this seemed to help a bit but instead of firing like it was it's taking about 3/4 cranks before firing. Any input would be great. Throwing no codes or lights.

Probably doesn’t mean anything but my truck still runs good since cleaning the mass airflow sensor last summer

Try cycling the key on, wait 5 secs, off, then right back on for 5", then crank. Maybe you are not getting fuel like you should. Fuel filter or pump maybe. If that results in a quicker start, check fuel pressure, or just go ahead and change the filter if it hasn't been changed recently.

I don't believe there is an external fuel filter on the rig.

When it's cold out it can take a couple extra cranks to get it going. To be safe just check your battery and fluid levels and monitor

Maybe try a different brand of gas and put some fuel treatment in the tank. Sea Foam or B12 Chemtool are two that I have had good results with. How many miles does the truck have on it?

With all the electronic junk on these new vehicles it's a good idea to turn the ignition to "on". Then wait for all the idotic bells and whistles to stop and then try to start it. I even do that on my 2004 2.7. With electric fuel pumps and everything else I guess it helps get everything "charged" so you can start it. Not necessary on older carb'ed vehicles but "might" help with these newer ones. Barring that suggestion, I'd check your plugs and if they are OK then it's time to go down the road of fuel delivery, coils etc. etc. I'm not a mechanic but these suggestions make sense to me.
