Not too unsuall... I did the same, sold the MB after 6 years, paid cash for the Limited, had a few bucks left over for mods. Just wanted a truck for the next 4 years or so... then I’ll move over to an SL63 for a different kind of fun.

Looking to finally get my first truck this year. I'm almost certain I'll end up in a 2020 Tacoma OR. Are you guys just going to your local dealership to put down a deposit and is there a minimum amount you need to put as a deposit?

 

Will the new Pro have a new 325HP motor? That'd be nice.

I did the same... Went from a G-wag to a new Tacoma. Had 5 previous Land Cruisers so I knew Toyotas quality.

Mercedes depreciate 50% on average in 4 years. Totally a waste of money.

I got the Pro for the no moonroof "feature"

 

I’d sit on the floor if I had to. Edit: For shits and giggles I removed temporarily the bench from my second GEN and it was more comfortable sitting on the floor

 

Well with the almighty power seat world with adjustable height, it may help with taller individuals and head banging on the roof. Lol!
