    The tubing? It has the manifold on top for the lockers and the tubing must be related to that. The manifold (on top) also has a separate $15 mount

    That was just done for display purposes. Pretty much would effectively turn that arb manifold into a tiny air tank if set up like this. Normal setup would be a line from the compressor and then lines out for lockers and air fill direct from the manifold.
