Console Vault question

I purchased a used console vault for my 2018. Was it supposed to come with new bolts to hold it in ? the stock ones I took out are to short to hold it in unless I am doing something wrong.

You just said you bought it used. Unless you are asking if it would have originally come with longer bolts. I would say maybe, at least the Locker' Down does.

 

I have one in my 2014 and it used the stock bolts with no problem

 

I just bought an ‘18 with the Console Vault installed. During the delivery process, I requested it be removed (so I can sell it)...they had to take the longer bolts out and replace them with the shorter, factory bolts.

It should also come with a foam pad to cover the holes.

 

I want to say mine came with two longer bolts for the rear but can remember for sure...

 

thanks just wanted to confirm as the seller told me it used stock bolts oh well 2 bucks at the hardware store resolved it.

Still got a sweet deal at 202 bucks shipped. looks new
