I take my Tacoma through the snow every day from some time in November until some time in March-April. Then I take it through the mud for a couple-three weeks :) I live up on an unmaintained road that is named, no shit, Mountain Rd.

I drove mine across the State of Idaho in snow. Sometimes deep snow. The trucked got me through it with no problems. Made me appreciate it even more.

We get snow one week a year, MAYBE!

Of course I was on my honeymoon in Mexico at the time.

Look forward to snow and 4WD every year.

A week ago I crossed a mountain pass in the evening making first tracks all the way up one side. Good stuff.

How did it handle in deep snow? I'm nervous to take mine in anything over 6" of the fresh stuff.

J8food, it handled really well. The snow i drove in was no more then 4". Some parts of the road was really slushy and thats when the 4x4 was needed but other then that no issues. I was consider a good set of tires to help with trail aswell.

Austin33, i am the second owner to the Tacoma. The first owner had it as a pavement princess and now its time for it to enjoy the outdoors.
