FWIW, this grill comes really close to my hood. Sometimes when I pop the hood it wont open and sometimes when I shut it it will scrape the grille. I have loosened the bolts and moved it out as far as it will go...

Maybe I just need to install some damn weather strip finally.

I used maxseal tailgate seal and it worked great and was easy to install.

If you buy the lights I linked you will have to file just the edges I circled and they fit right in. Also runnin4tacos sells some that are already sealed for about 20 more dollars.

Can you please post a pick of inside the grille with the hood open. I have the maxseal and I have not installed it yet. Wanna see how\where people notch it.

I'm wanting to go with the running4tacos grill although it doesn't include the surrounding piece (chrome piece in my case). I'm assuming you'd just have to paint the chrome surround or buy a colormatched one?

As far as those lights go do you just run the wire to the ignition turn on?

I ran the wires to my fuse box and used an add a fuse to my low beams.

I picked on of these up for $118 on Amazon. It needs a little tweaking to fit to my standards and it keeps popping up out of the clips into the headlights leaving a gap on bottom. I will post a pic when I get it fitted better.

Sorry I never was able to get a picture today but I actually put the max seal on with the grill installed on the truck and as I was applying it to the grill cut the notches as I went for the mounting brackets.
