A collection of truck pics from my latest Philippines trip 2019

Thought you guys might be interested in seeing the type of small/mid-pickups, SUVs, and 4x4s that are being driven around in the Philippines, and how people modify them over there.

One of the most common vehicles in the Philippines aside from the "motorbike" is the small pickup. While I was there for about a month I couldn't help but think that the Philippines must be an easy pickup truck market for almost every manufacturer out there. They basically have every small and mid-sized pickup in existence except the Honda Ridgeline (not sure why we have the POS here and they don't).

I saw late model pickups anywhere from the obvious Toyota Hilux to the obscure Mitsubishi Strada, and everything in between. They also have everything we have including the Colorado. I even saw the VW pickup, even though I couldn't get my phone out fast enough to snap a pic.

Out of all I saw there, my favorite pickups where the new Hilux Ambulance which would make an amazing expo rig, Ranger Raptor, and the Nissan Navara. For SUVs, the Mitsubishi Montero sport looked pretty cool, but the Land Cruisers where very nice. I especially liked the dark red LC Prado I spotted on my way out at the airport.
