Truck is in great shape and has always been serviced by Toyota of North Hills in Pittsburgh PA. Truck was just in for service which included an oil change, tire rotation and PA state inspection and emissions on 3/5/2019. Truck is being professionally detailed for pictures and sale and is being stored until sale, so I don’t anticipate miles to climb much. I’m selling because I now live in the city and almost never drive the places I built the truck to drive. As you can tell from the modifications list the focus was on suspension armor and recovery. All things I don’t need in the city. J All parts were installed and then coated with AMSoil MP metal protector to try and protect against road salt. This truck is a fantastic platform for an awesome overlander.


The truck does have a few flaws and signs of use that need called out to ensure full transparency on sale. Those are as follows.

1. 1.5 inch scratch in lower section of the front bumper on the passenger side, this was from a tree branch.

2. The front tires rub slightly under suspension articulation at about 45 degrees either direction. I was going to run a skinnier tire next to solve the problem. Doesn’t bother me enough to do before tires wore out.

3. The passenger side rear window switch plate is discolored. This does not affect function, and is a relatively cheap part from Toyota to fix ($40 was quoted). Problem is from a combination of duct tape being stuck on, and my wife trying to remove it with nail polish remover. I have ordered the part from Toyota.

4. Some scratches in the bed from carrying gear, normal wear for a truck but worth mentioning as the bed was used.

5. Some surface rust on the skid plates and rear leaf springs, normal but if I were keeping I would respray the skid plates just for aesthetics.

6. The truck still has a lien, so the buyer needs to be willing to work with myself and Capital One.


Truck is being professionally detailed for sale on 3/6/2019 and will be ready to go to a new owner. I have both keys, the original window sticker and truck comes with balance of the factory warranty.


Price is $35,000 OBO as I believe that is fair for the truck and mods and all nearly new OEM parts.

The truck detailing was delayed a week but is in process today. Will get additional pictures up of the pretty final product.

A note on the flaws I list; everyone I talk to says they are more minor than indicated. Uploading a picture of the front bumper scratch from my mobile today. I also ordered the rear door window switch trim piece mentioned above from the dealer.
