I've been leaning towards the C4 myself. 20% off is rather tempting. But can anyone tell me much about powder coating costs in general?

As noted elsewhere on forum you can get a range of price quotes. For me a fairly simple flat or satin black will be 90-140. One shop offers every color you can imagine and various price tiers. They can get expensive.

I haven’t gotten one yet! I just found it on a B.C. Toyota page. Nice that you can return to stock easily.

I have no idea on winch size maybe message them on Facebook or give them a call. He responded to my questions quickly.

Sounds like he has all parts cut ready to weld, not sure if they would sell as a DIY kit.

Is anyone running a SSO and winch on a stock OR suspension? I just ordered one and hoping I can avoid a lift for a bit.

I'm running the SSO with an M8000 Warn winch, but I have the TRD Pro suspension. The TRD Pro suspension has 650 lb springs (confirmed with Fox), and even then, I got around 0.5" of sag. More importantly, you'll notice more nose dive when stopping and you'll feel the weight when cornering (not dramatically).

I just ordered ADS suspension with 700 lb springs to combat these problems. However, I've had the bumper for over 6 months on the Pro suspension and it's by no means "unbearable".

Thanks. That’s what I figured. Eventually I’ll be going the OME route I’m just waiting until I need new tires too

I just finished installing the winch on my Relentless Fabrication bumper. Here are a couple bad pictures FYI.

Is that on a stock suspension? How’s the stance/nosedive?

Did you have to do any cutting? Ive been shopping for a winch bumper that requires no cutting. I know the warn doesnt need to be cut, but I like yours better than the warn.

Yes - the plastic bumper does need to be cut. I had them install the bumper because I didn't trust myself cutting on my bumper. I then removed it and installed the winch.

It is not stock. Dakar HD on the back and 886 coils on the front. I have Bilstein shocks. It rides slightly harsher but much less bouncing around. Bump - rebound - settle. Stock was bump - rebound - rebound - rebound - settle. I really like the ride. I have a 450 lb shell, sliders and this bumper. Probably on the light side for my suspension but I like it.
