Just did a quick search on their site, it looks like that is going to be one of those parts where you definitely need confirmation on fitment. This is what I came up with (differs from your part#):

I need one of these too, I’d assume this is one of the generic parts that is probably used between several vehicles. Does anyone own a tundra or four runner that could see if they are the same?

Both parts look like they could be the one, so you're right about needing confirmation. I'll try PM'ing him since he's been busy. Thanks for the info!

Glad I'm not the only one missing this piece. I guess it just popped out with the previous owner. And he probably wasn't as OCD about it, but if I can get it replaced it's likely a cheap fix.

How does one remove and reinstall that adjuster??? I tried a few years ago but for some reason that I cannot recall I wasn't able to remove it.

It’s a real bitch to change these, I’ll say that. To remove the entire clip and bezels, I had to remove the seat back, hog rings holding the upholstery to the seat, remove the foam mass backing, and finally pop the clip out.

I basically had to disassemble the entire seat. The ring snaps into a metal tube that can’t be accessed from the outside.

Thanks for shedding some light on this for us. Had a bad feeling it wouldn't be easy access. I got confirmation from @gunny1005 that the part is discontinued, and he also provided the part number if we're lucky to find one out there from a non-dealership:
    71930-02010-P0 (charcoal)
    71930-02010-E3 (oak)

I was wondering about that. A couple years ago I looked at my driver's seat and thought it would be a real bitch to remove those clips, what with the hog rings and such. Did you leave the seat installed and just removed the back part?

I was disassembling the seat so I could part it out, so I wasn’t really intending on putting it back together. I had the seat back off.

Rancho probably has a truck with them, but with what Bartmaster said, they may not be willing to pull it for you. Plus seat may be less desirable to others.

The button part is actually pretty easy to replace. There is a tiny nail, you can see it in this photo sticking up to the left of the hole the headrest post goes into. Just pull that nail up and the button part slides out. There are two springs stock, but as you can see mine only has one. The other one is somewhere in my garage, wherever it landed after it flew out when I was putting seat covers on a few years ago. Works fine with just one.
