Well we have 3 indoor cats...believe me they get destructive lol. Especially because it's really only possible to trim one of them. The other two are nearly impossible to do it to

Tell me about it...my dude Harley will knead on my back if I lay on my chest with my shirt off, its awesome because he's 14lbs so it's basically a free back massage, but if his claws are too sharp its painful as hell lol.

My cat is a dumb little shit, but he'll transform into his feral mode if I pull on his tail, or if I try to trim his claws.

I built this scratch station for my little assholes. Gives them a place to climb and hang as well as multiple surfaces to scratch. I was going to continue it with shelves to give them more areas to move around I disturbed. Beats the ugly cat tree in the corner of the living room.
The sissal needs to be rewrapped every so often (evidently), but it keeps them entertained because I soak it in a catnip tea before wrapping.

I do my cats claws. I taught her from very young to accept my playing with her paws. Now I can cut them with a topenail clipper while she sits quietly. 20170127_195957_HDR_zpsxw49vdnj_3fdc9bda8afb8897fbc7ec1edfade99be4408448.jpg

Sounds good:) we do pretty good with it now. Rosie cradles him like a baby and he's starting to relax more as I cut his claws. He knows I don't want to hurt him. And when it's done we tell him good boy and he's brave and then I give him some snacks. He doesn't like when they get too long either-I think it's cause they click on the floor and cats like stealth. He's pretty happy when they're done.
