So I know the max size tire for a stock TRD pro is 285/75/16, but does this size get bigger with an aftermarket steel front bumper and a high clearance rear bumper? I have a demello front bumper and am getting a high clearance cbi rear soon, but I'm also due for some new tires and this crossed my mind.

no, it doesn’t increase by adding a front bumper. You’ll need to chop the cab mount and possibly hammer the pinch weld. It’s super easy man, don’t sweat it.

Generally speaking, tire size is first limited by the cab mount extrusion. A cab mount chop opens the wheel well on any suspension.
