Hello, I'm trying to get some advice on how to start tackling my power steering issue. Yesterday I did a few donuts in the truck and after I was done my power steering went out. The pump hasn't been making any noise leading up to it going out, so I'm wondering if the reservoir screen is plugged up, rather than the pump being bad. The pressure valve on the top of the reservoir opened up and shot some ATF on the hood and air box. Could the screen have plugged up, the pump built pressure in the reservoir, and then shot fluid out?
