I have been buying my plugs from the dealer, there like $2 a plug and I haven't had any issues.

I was wrong the dealer wants $3.82 a plug, I do not have the part number but they always have in stock when I need them. I am sure online is cheaper to buy them.

I get them at Advance Auto and order online to save 20%. Just make sure to check the box when you pick them up because 3 out of 4 times the parts monkeys pull the wrong parts.

Yep, exactly how I got mine. Ordered them from advance, used 20% off, picked them up and opened them at the register to make sure all is well.

Denso is the OEM plug. Either those or NGK's. My local dealer sells Densos. If this is the first time the plugs have been out, you'll have NGKs on one side and Densos on the other. It's a Toyota thing.

I use NGK Laser Irridiums from Rockauto for like $9.00 a piece. They are $13.00 plus everywhere else.

Never had any luck with fancy spark plugs. Use what Toyota uses.

The denso plugs have been proven too hold their gap better over the life of the plug. Id go with the denso's first and ngk second if thats all you can get at the time. Or you could go full nut case and do denso on one side and ngk on the other too keep if factory oem.

I run the NGK Laser Iridiums in both my 07 Taco with the 4.0 and 07 4runner with the 4.7. They both run excellent. I was previously using Denso Iridiums and had no problems with those either. Just my 2 cents. Mitch

Denso copper. Toyota says every 30k, but for most drivers you can push them 40-60k with little ill effect.

Cheap, effective. No need for anything fancy here.
