    A few.
This particular grille from this seller now has this stated in the description.: "Please note: The item does NOT fit for your car if you want to insert your sensor."
Anyone have a problem getting the sensor to fit in the grille?

The listing I purchased didn’t say anything about the sensor, it just listed it as 2016-2019 tacoma. The sensor fit perfectly with no issue. The OEM garnish was a very tight fit though. Tight enough that I took my dremel and shaved the edges down a bit where the lines from the molding process were slightly raised. It was a nice fit afterwards. The seller I purchased from now appears to be sold out, there was only 2 left when I purchased mine.

Where is everyone with TSS getting their garnish from? How much are you paying? Are there any other options besides OEM? What’s OEM part #?

I just got my Seven Sparta Grill Insert. It came with a sensor slot. Do I still need to get a garnish? Have any of you plastidipped or rattle canned the letters on your grill? Just wondering how the plastidip or spray paint holds up. It comes with double sided tape to stick the letters on. Does the tape hold up well, or will I need to use super glue to help stick the letters on?
    Thanks

I had issues with TSS a few times after install, however it seems to be recalibrating. I haven't had a warning message in a few days and the system is working.

Just installed one I picked up one off ebay with garnish. I had to file a bit to get the garnish tabs in. But it looks great letters are the screw in type. No tss error yet.

I decided to say fuck it and keep mine. For $70, it wasn’t worth the hassle sending back. I’ve spent more in worse. 294D425D-6D5C-4602-A367-1C72F9F7B8E5.jpg

This is seller I just got mine from. Quality & finish seems pretty damn good to me! Yours came with the garnish were mine came with the 2017 cover. I'll cut a piece of plastic I have to cover the sensor but if i have any issues I'll just get a garnish

i just placed my order through this same seller. I was wondering if you guys could answer a question for me. Regarding the sample photos i see in the ebay listing:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/Front-Bump...Toyota-Tacoma-TRD-PRO-2017-2019-/372613455426

is this "sensor cover" slightly transparent in order for the sensor to work? or is it a block off plate??

I would have to say it's a block off plate. It didnt appear transparent to me.

this is confusing me. the listing says it's for 2017-2019. don't all of those years come with TSS? i believe you posted a link to the ad that i bought it from. are you not using TSS?

To make it less confusing this grille will fit a 2016-2019 but the TSS cover comes 2 ways... a cover "insert" that has 2 holes in it & is not shiny that came on the non TSS 2017. The shiny garnish that has a solid front surface is for the 2018-2019 TSS trucks.

    Hope that helps

ah yes this did clear it up for me. i guess i confused myself. my apologies @Zerotaco. i assumed the TSS was a sort of camera in front, when it isn't. that's why i asked about the transparency. it looks like the one i purchased in my link has the shiny garnish, so i should be good. :D thanks!
