    I was skeptical at first at that low price but the reviews were so positive that I just said what the heck and ordered them. I was surprised how thick and strong they are. I'd like to lay them side by side with maxtraxx and compare.

    Congrats! You'll love it. Will you be using the rivets on the A-pillar or some strong double-sided gorilla tape like I did? Other than that the main points to watch out for are:

    • Check the template on your fender and on your snorkel body until you are certain everything lines up perfectly.
    • When drilling your stud holes into the fender go ahead and drill them out to the size mentioned in the directions. At first I just drilled mine to the diameter of the studs and that was way too small for getting all of them to slide through at the same time.
    • Use a little dish soap on the rubber S piece because that makes it 1000x easier to attach that part.
    • When looking at the snorkel body from the outside the bottom right corner stud is a major pain to tighten. It it easier if your front tire is removed so you can get your hand up there better. Use a little grease on the washer and nylock nut so they don't fall off of the stud when you are trying to tighten that one.
