Who can direct me to inexpensive volume and sound level enhancers. I don't care about subs...but if needed for an overall louder better sound im down. What can I do for about 300

Have you already upgraded your speakers ??

That is always the first step

Speakers and headunit would be an easy step to take. Go on crutchfield.com they have lots of information. But just an FYI if you do it right the first time you will enjoy it for years to come, if not you will change it again. When I was younger I went cheaper and ended up changing speakers probably 3 times before I got a quality set “pioneer, Rockford fosgate” and finally Focal. In 2009 I went to a full Focal 6.5” component system with a 4 channel 400 watt amp under my driver seat and a premier headunit. I’ve had those speakers for 10 years now and love them! Good luck

We are all different in just we might want .

one persons super sound system to the next person is a step below a tin can and string

it all comes down to what works for you

    Here ya go:
    Head unit: Kenwood KMM-BT225U $80
    4 channel amp: Kenwood Kac-M3004 $100
Powered underseat sub: Kenwood KSC-SW11 $130

I think you'll be very happy with this. BTW, I disagree with wyoming09.. upgrading the amp first will get much better sound from the stock speakers.
