    Hey everyone,

I've been building custom built to order bed racks for a while now in Ontario (based in the GTA).
There seemed to be a void up here for mounting options for a RTT.

Anyways, looking forward to being on here - always been a fan of the Tacoma!

All of the racks are 100% built by me here in Ontario with materials from local suppliers.

Submitted a vendor request to tcBob already - hope to hear back.

Do you do round tube and bend it or square only?

    Currently no tube bending :(

I have plans to get into round tube to offer more options for racks, as well as rock sliders. As of right now though, it's all straight tube work. A quality tube bender is a little ways off still.

If you were interested, I could get a shop to bend it for me and I'll weld it up. It would obviously add to the cost though.

I’m look for a rack but cab height. I really like the lietner designs one but shipping to Canada is going to suck for that one. Can you make something like that? I need something high enough to carry canoes. How long does it take to build?

Hey, I could definitely sort something out for you!

I try to avoid copying another company. Have no issue getting inspiration from other designs, but have no plans of building with the intention of looking the same as someone else's product.

Currently, I'm not bending round tube.
I have plans to start in the near future, but I wouldn't be able to give you an ETA as of right now.

If you're interested in something made out of square/rectangular tubing, I can definitely help you out with that!

Here's something that currently work in progress for @Zulupapa if you're interested in something similar.

Either way, feel free to contact me here or by email and we can chat more about ideas.

Edit: build time varies, but I aim for a 2-3 week turnaround time.

    FYI
you need above cab height for a canoe.
I thought a bedrack would work too but it doesnt

Once you put the canoe on the bow/stern will hit the roof of the cab if its not high enough at cab height.

    Sure do.

Lot's of ways to make it work though.

If after the cab height bed rack look, a removable front bar attachment is an easy workaround.

Just updated original post with more recent/relevant pictures.. Kept most of them Tacoma specific..

Most of my work now is tube bending, so plenty of options.

Will also have Tacoma sliders ready to go pretty soon.

Not far enough along to confirm pricing yet, but I'll likely be offering a couple options geared towards different crowds based on how they use their trucks. (DOM vs HREW tubing, etc)

Far be it for me to set your prices, I just feel that if every company is roughly the same price, I don't know what sets any of them apart. Quality differences are probably negligible (because every one of them say they are the best/strongest), and they all look more or less the same

    Don't disagree at all.

I could easily build "the strongest" sliders, but they'd be ridiculously heavy and cost a fortune.
The sweet spot is strong enough for the application which is where mine will land.

My intent when starting to sell bed racks was to provide a quality option in Canada at fair/affordable prices.
Have stuck with that and plan to do the same with future product options.
