    It's the bolt and rubber bushing that holds the cab up. It's very similar to engine mounts, where they're really strong but still dampen vibration and allow flex. Problem is that Toyota made the support huge. It's not necessary and tires rub on it.

    It's a simple process of cut off the excess and then fill the hole so the mount still has the original strength.
