I am wanting to install an sPOD, Switch Pro or something of the like on my 3rd gen tacoma. I am not super knowledgable about electrical and thats one of the reasons I want something for power distribution, to simplify wiring.

I am curious as to why people got one over the other or what they prefer, but my main question is this:

Do you have to use their switch boards or can you customize them and split them to more than one location? ex. I want to have a few switches in the bed of my truck, and a few in the cab of my truck. Has this been done before? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Currently leaning towards sPOD Bantam w/ HD Panel. I know their are 2 control ports, but do I have to buy another one of their panels for a few hundred dollars, or can I wire "OEM" switches into it along side?

I've tried searching but found no success. If there are already threads on this, please post a link.

    Thanks!

Welcome to TW! I am not sure it can be done easily that way.... a second controller would be the best and cleanest option.
What gen are we talking about???
Anyway @mesojdm is the guy to talk to if he has the time. Lights are his specialty, but for anything switch or electronic/electrical.... he is the guru.
