That is one of those questions that there isnt really a simple, easy "yes or no" answer to as there are a ton of factors involved. you have ot factor in cost of the equipment, maintence on said equipment, POWER COSTS, fees, ect.

With where the market it is right now and where it has been...I would advise most people to not get into GPU mining. Do i currently (and have been) making money? yes. A bunch of money? No. Would i have been better off just investing the straight cash for equipment and also the monthly electric costs? Who knows :)

LTC is up close to 130% in the last month or too. Hopefully we’ll see a big rally soon.

Although I am new to cryptocurrency and my knowledge is limited to only a couple of read articles, but Bitcoin carries with it a lot of prospects. As I read here on the site https://bitcoinbestbuy.com/ Bitcoin continues to grow. Perhaps not as fast as many would like, but I am sure that this is only the beginning :)

I knew I should’ve bought last week. I felt it in my nuggets. What made it spike so hard today?

Not too late. Many reports are saying that $14000 is just around the corner. And it’s only going to continue.

Others are saying that eth is going to gain even more ground going from 0.03 btc to 0.5 btc. And eventually to 0.1 btc in the not so distant future.

Here’s a link to one of the articles I came across. https://www.fxstreet.com/amp/crypto...-000-in-sight-while-fomo-is-back-201906211008

Crypto has been very cyclical since the start. After big peaks it has huge drop offs. As it gains support, prices begin climbing and they hit new highs that are exponentially higher than the previous highs prior to the drops. Not sure if it will be this year or next but there will be some huge gains.

as soon as you start seeing it in headlines, I would suggest getting out. Same thing happened in 2017. It was a classic pump and dump. It happened with NIO (Chinese EV mfr) and I was able to sell at the top.

You aren't completely wrong. I bought low and sold close to the peak around 18,000 or so for BTC. People need to for sure do their homework and only put in what they can afford to lose. Wishing that mining was still as profitable for me as it used to be.
