    yea no im joking ill do fine, i just know how it goes with a first time smoker, doesnt always come out good the firstime until you figure out how it cooks.

    I need this one to come out a little better than a first time though, and ribs are pretty easy most of the time.

    I found one in houston a few months ago for $450 and of course, it was gone in a few minutes.

    make some pulled pork. its difficult to F up a pork shoulder/butt.
    Although my friend has undercooked and overcooked a few recently.

    Only mistake, is not trying. So go smoke! good luck! plenty of people here who will give you good smoking tips!

    damn. Not too bad if it was in good shape. I'm still sitting on a deal of a large BGE for $400. only used a few times Could possibly get it a bit cheaper too. too many things I want :rofl:

    should be able to. I'd rotate the racks around to keep one away from the heat source. every 30-45 mins, just rotate them. or use a rib rack if you have it. Or if you have some stackable jerky racks? like these:
