I have my my front and rear cams set to different switches so not sure about wiring to a single switch but with the add on cable I don’t have to select an AV source and my music still plays normally. I do have to select the rear cam switch first, then turn on the switch to front cam for the front to come on.

Is that standard for this setup? I was hoping to that turning on the power button (on-off I mentioned) would show whatever camera I had selected via the rotary knob.

Finally getting around to possibly installing my kit but was curious as to what people are doing for the 'anytime' camera factory style switch. Saw the video and the switch was down by the ECT button. Did or does it require you to 'cut' the opening for the switch? I was hoping there would be a blank spot to pop out and install the 'camera' button but there wasn't one there. Is there an aftermarket panel that people are using? If I have to cut a hole I might just go with a smaller push button instead of a factory style 'camera' button. TIA

If it’s ok with OP, I have a wire harness I purchased from him that I intended to install but going different route. $65 was the price. Local pick up in SoCal preferably. Will ship on buyers dime thanks

wondering if anyone was successful using HAI cable and using a 3rd party video splitter and getting left and right camera to work to trigger with the turn signal. If ya did can you share details, really interested? Thanks

Any addon cable still for sale? Or does anyone have the "add on" cable that they are not going to end up using?

What resolution does the media player do anyway?
I went through the thread and didn't see anyone mentioning it. Does RCA have a max ability? I saw something about 576i

    CAMERA OPTIONS
    1. This one does 1080x720 - https://amzn.to/2EOdvyc
    2. While this one has nice controls and is 976 X 592- https://amzn.to/2EQShQ9
    3. But this is the one everyone seems to get - https://amzn.to/2JUB2Bv
"it is maximum Pixels 1280*720, and effective 960*576 pixels at 25 fps"

I think the one with options (#2) is cool if it's not gonna be any better picture quality.

The camera sensor IS...the method of transmission (RCA Composite/Yellow) IS NOT. Marketing. Check out their wording once more. You cannot transmit HD over a single video signal. NTSC and PAL are limited. Your Entune screen is not an HD screen. However, the picture will be crisp as you're not doing an HD to Composite down conversion, you're coming straight in, so the video feed WILL be crisp because of the low noise, good processor they're using.

Is there a parking bypass for the all functions on the radio? I want the navigation bypass but also would like to enable more than two pages of stocks or Sirius radio channels. Is there a cable that simulates the truck is stopped for all functions or just the navigation?
