Whatever you do, don't buy this POS....i deflated tire to 20 psi and it took half an hour to get back to 35. Was hot as hell and didn't shut off when it finally did reach 35.

I've been through the cute little plug-in compressors. For real truck tires though, you really need a real compressor that connects to the battery. 4WP has the nice SmittyBilt compressor on sale for a great price usually around Christmas. Works great.

I have an Interdynamics 12v compressor that connects to the battery with clips. I’ve had it for at least 15 years and 3 different trucks. I think it is discontinued but not sure.

I believe those are two "different" compressors.

Well, same compressor, different accessories. The $200 one I think is the "RV" one that has different accessories like the gun.

I got the less expensive one, and its twist lock inflation/deflation accessory is pretty cool.

Bought the Harbor Freight pancake one for $50 and works great plugged into bed outlet plug @ 400 watts. A bit bulky but for $50 what the heck

Does that actually work? I tried that, it ran like crap, but I am not sure that I had the it on @400, I need to test it again...... I have the same compressor, but porter cable.

Yes mine worked fine as it draws about 320 watts. Won't work on 100. Don't know if porter cable draws more or not.

I currently use a Campbell Hausfeld CC2300 air compressor that I bought from Walmart years ago for inflating my vehicle tires/flats/etc. It’s noisy and airs up slowly. After airing a couple of tires, the battery eventually runs down and needs a recharge. The ARB air compressor in that Amazon link is portable, has its own box to transport/store it, runs off the vehicle battery, looks like it will air up your tires quickly, and is of high quality. I would consider buying the ARB portable air compressor and the Campbell Hausfeld air compressor in my garage.
