I am slowly starting to modify my Tacoma. I bought her in 2010.

The first mod I did was upgrade the suspension from a 2017 Tacoma Off-Road:

This was fairly cheap. I was originally expecting a 1 inch lift, but being a regular cab it
actually gave me a two inch lift!
    Before:

    After:

I also bought Dark Satin SR wheel take-offs from a 3rd gen.

I went up one size in tires to Cooper Discoverer A/T3's 265/75/16

I will post more as I modify. Next on the list will be rock sliders and skids.

    Thanks for looking!

Running these wheels on my MGM regular cab, gotta love factory take-offs.

Nice truck, honestly wish I had gotten silver.

Nice looking truck!! Is the ride very stiff since the new shocks/coils are designed for a much heavier truck?

    Thanks everyone for the compliments.

Yes the ride is stiffer compared to stock, but it's bearable. I don't mind it because it's what I wanted.

Dude, that's my truck! And so far you're doing exactly what i wanted to do to mine, 2 inch lift, bigger tires, etc. I'm soon to get my windows tinted and i also have black badges ;)

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread but I have an identical truck and was wondering what all suspension components you installed? Was it just the front or did you do rear too? Did you change leaf springs, UCAs, etc. thanks in advance!
