Anyone have a link to what kind of clips hold our fender liners in place? Not the flares but the inner liners...unless they're the same clips but I seem to remember them being different

Knowing you @Sperrunner you would throw those truck nuts at me lol.
I learned that the hard way at 16. Threatened to "kill" a kid. By kill I mean kick the shit out of him for slapping my sister. Principal heard me as well as 50 other students. That kid's parents took me to court and the judge thankfully went easy on me and I did community service at the local national guard Depot.

You can get them at NAPA in the baggies section with all the other body fasteners, the bag is labeled toyota. Take one in with you

Lost all mine :( PepBoys right down the street from me usually carries a bunch of those things in 2 packs but it's hit or miss if they ever have as many as I need.

Need to put my fender liners back on, tired of dirt and crap getting into the door jambs and it just looks bad without them there. Gotta order a new one for the passenger side though since I stupidly threw it away after putting in the snorkel.

Im a minimalist when it comes to vehicle mods. I like it to look as factory as possible. Which is why when I looked for wheels, all I looked at were Toyota take-offs.

@zero4 will let us know later that if you order via the slowboat from overseas you can get a huge bag for a fraction of the cost of Amazon:hattip:

in a pinch, I'd do what @Speedytech7 suggested - napa it.

I remember it being like $6 for a bag of four. I think I only needed two anyway

Nah just went to NAPA, might've been five in there, didn't really matter only broke two. they're the easiest clips to remove without damaging on the truck.

There isnt any reason to remove the light itself, just the cover. Which I hope they would at least do that. We painted my buds T100 back in highschool collision shop and I dont think we dropped the headliner to remove the light. Just the cover.

All the trees near me have leaves on them except those two in my yard. Always the last ones on the block to bloom. But theyre downwind of my driveway so I think the truck is safe from getting coated entirely again.

Awesome thanks, ordered that one since I'm getting the passenger liner from Amazon too. Gonna spend the next few weeks doing a lot of long overdue stuff to the truck. Been slacking lately

    Reinstall fender liners
Touch up bunch of Knicks and scratches in paint
    grease slip yoke by hand
remove main eye bushings from passenger leaf springs and see wtf is making noise, hopefully fix it
remove lights and wiring from roof rack and start getting stuff ready to fix the roof once I take it off

then I'll be free and clear to order a front bumper as a reward for doing all that other shit lol.

oh and I need to get another drivers side mirror, the aftermarket one I got sucks bad, the mirror itself vibrates like crazy while driving to where you can't even see what's in the mirror. The housing is on tight but the mirror itself is poor quality.
