Finished all the fabrication on the driver side. Now to do the passenger side and hopefully get most of it knocked out today.

Whew! Finally finished! These were a lot more work than I originally thought they would be. Far from perfect, but dammit I'm happy with them.

The vinyl mesh turned out great too! Honestly I am ecstatic and I hope I can put them to use this weekend.

Fuck yeah, that looks awesome. Any issues from the computer/ECU in not having the door and such plugged in?

None at all. I built tabs into the tube doors to push the "door ajar" button in so that they act like normal doors. That was the only issue from not having the doors on.

Well done. You should sell those as full kits. People would scoop them up. Myself likely included.

Haha if I had a full workshop I would totally do it, but doing this with just an angle grinder and a welder on my back patio took way longer than it would be worth to sell. I appreciate the encouragement though!

Forgot to upload the pictures of the tube doors from Rausch this last weekend.

    20190330_094445.jpg 20190330_144914.jpg 20190330_153443.jpg 20190330_153452.jpg
They performed famously and even got more than a few crazy looks while on the way.

(@RobP62 I believe you asked for some close up pics of the tube doors. These are the best I got)

Got a rear bumper! @Mobtown Offroad killed it with this design. Low-profile, minimum cutting, light weight (compared to other bumpers)

This thing is an absolute beast and I am so happy to have been the test rig for it.

Also picked up a T-case skid and have been working with mobtown to design a fuel tank skid, which I should be putting the finishing touches on this week.

Not for military who live out of state. And even then it's only emissions.

Do the hose clamps just go under the crossbars? Also, can you get the tire valve at home depot/any hardware store? ALSO (lol), how did you cut the holes for the hose faucet & tire valve?
