I have a set of Icon tubular UCAs (uniball not DJ) that I ran on my 3rd gen tacoma, but recently switched to long travel setup. I'm wondering if they will still work on my wifes 5th gen 4Runner? @Icon_Adrian

Can’t answer you for sure brother, but the part numbers for Tacoma and 4Runner are different. 58451 for the T4R and 58450 for the Tacoma. I’m leaning towards no.

yea i did notice that. not sure if it is a significant difference or something minor. Total chaos UCAs for example will fit 03-up 4runner and 05-up tacoma with the same part number, therefore i think how they mount in the least should be the same, not sure on the angle of the arms themselves, but in theory they should work i would think. just curious on the actual differences between the 2 part numbers.

    Hello @Matty0317
The Toyota trucks and SUV's have a different tapper pin adapter. If you were going from truck to truck (or SUV to SUV) you can swap directly over. However since you have uniball UCA's the taper pin will need to changed over to the SUV version.

    You will need the following:
    157518 - 03+ 4RUN, 07+ FJ, 08+ LC200 TAPER PIN - $73.45ea

    OR

You have the option of upgrading the uniball's to our Delta Joint for a 4Runner / FJ which has the taper and ball joint as one unit.
    http://iconvehicledynamics.com/shop...-toyota-4runner-delta-joint-retrofit-kit.html

Both option would work for converting a 58450 (Tacoma) UCA to a 58451 (4Runner/FJ) UCA.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
