    Only issue I see is your estimate might be a little light in the rear but I don't think its off by enough to matter too much. Weight doesn't really split evenly like you have it, ie front half goes to front back half goes to back its more based on centroid of weight to centroid of vehicle. For simplicity sake as an example if you add a 30 lb skid centered 1/3 of the way back between the front and rear tires along the centerline of the vehicle 20 lb would go to the front and 10 lb would go to the back. The only spot there is an even split is at the very center of the vehicle, outside of that it all splits proportionally based on how far forward/back/left/right the weight is. The gas tank skid is by far the trickiest one to account for because it is off center of the vehicle, I'm actually assuming I'll have to get the small 10mm spacer to correct lean unless I go a decent bit stiffer than actually needed on the rear.

    In all reality mine is probably even a little low because I was just estimating the distances I didnt actually measure them. It would probably take me a few hours at the minimum to get all the measurements needed to do a proper load analysis for all of the components, which I will probably do eventually and just have it posted as a sticky and break it down per component so it will save everybody some headache and make figuring all of this out much easier haha. The fun part is with trucks (and sometimes SUVs) is you have to account for towing/hauling components as well depending on the driver's daily use.

    That looks like the new math their teaching my niece in school, took one look at it and went that shit doesn't make any sense! At least yours is for a vehicle, not finding what 1+2-1 is lol!

    Alright, need some guidance. :deadhorse:

    Icon says that a uniball UCA is required for these COs. I understand that because of the extra travel and alignment. I also understand that they are trying to push you to buy their UCAs. I did some research for Icon Ext Travel COs with OEM or MOOG style ball joints and found some guys running the SPCs with the COs on a T4R forum but never could find out if they were the ext travel.

    I guess my question is will the OEM/MOOG handle the extra 1" or so of droop or will they prematurely wear out ? Obviously the SPCs are reasonably cheaper than a uniball counterpart. Pardon my ignorance here.

    @G.T. ?

    EDIT: Just found these (https://www.amazon.com/Icon-58450-Control-Arm-Upper/dp/B07541SDXV?th=1). Thats quite a bit cheaper than most places sell the Delta Joint Icons for. Might just go this route and be done with it. :frusty:

    lol This is just very simplified structural analysis, no common core stuff here. As a Civil Engineer I have books that go into the specific forces base on how each load affects each member. I chose to treat it as a point load based on centroid weight simply supported to make it easier to calculate. In reality I would have to take into account where each piece connects and the load on that specific connection point and then distribute it accordingly based on location on the vehicle which gives me a headache just thinking about it haha

    Each corner weighs differently, that’s why corner scales exist so that we may move what we can if possibly and adjust suspension to best suit the provided load. This is how racecars have been built since the sixties.

    @Willy224 is using logic that makes sense to me. Too bad I don’t know anyone with corner pad scales anymore because I know my Tacoma is unbalanced.
