20190524_124404.jpg 20190526_150505.jpg 3rd owner and just picked it up with a motor that is getting a fresh rebuild. 2nd owner got the frame replaced under warranty. He then drove it for 50 miles and it started spitting oil out the front of it. Frame is still glossy! All for $2k. It has 126k original miles on it.

    Following mods include:
    URD stage 2 clutch
    URD light weight fly
    URD short shifter
    Pioneer double din
    Late model tails
    Color matched HID headlights
    Volant cold intake
    Blacked out mesh grill
    Aftermarket sways and bushings(just installed)
    Roll up tonneau

    Will get soon:
    1.5 and 2" drop kit
    Adjustable rear shocks
XXR 527 18x9.75 matte blacks wheels all around (all ready have from my drift days)

Nice find on the truck. New motor and a new frame.....almost like a new truck.

Well $2200 after registration, new plates, tabs, and tax! The previous owner was very ready to get rid of it after it had been at Toyota for 4 months to get the frame front lower control arms and rear leafs replaced and then drive it for almost 50 miles and the motor goes to shit lol

I thought so. It will get a JZ or I'll through in my built 5.3 with t56 down the road. The rebuild was quite cheap considering I'm doing it:cool:

As it sits running just waiting for the new wheels to be put on and install the drop. Then the 2J swap this summer!

XRU doesn’t have that much traffic these days, so I spend a lot more time here in the 2nd Gen Tacoma board hanging out with all of the 4X4 guys...lol

Latest project: the ultimate headlight upgrade.
