We have alot of places serving local craft beers, with a few local breweries here and there. If you're ever looking to try local beers hit up any bar in the following areas: Tampa Armature Works near Downtown, Florida Ave within Seminole Heights (mainly between MLK Blvd. and Sligh Ave.), and Ybor City has a few places as well.

Welcome! What area in Illinois might I ask? Found a pizza place that's about as close to pizza when I was kid in Illinois. It's north of USF on Bruce b Downs, Full Circle Pizza. The owner had a shop in Chicago so it's the closest I have found.

Been many moons. But I believe I have been through the area once or so on family trips. Left Illinois when I was 10. Was just north in Antioch.

Haha white castle tears me up but it tastes good :bananadead:

I am just staying in the Ruskin area with family for now. I am going to take my time finding a place, maybe even stay for a few months with them and just buy instead of rent. I hate the idea of renting a house for 2k when I could buy the same house for about 1500 a month. Commitment does worry be though so just having a lease and not a mortgage is also a nice upside to owning and being stuck...

I work in the east tampa area so a nice commute would help as well!

@Scooter WCT I need to get the air bag warranty done for my T4R Pro. Can I ask for you at WCT? Not sure I trust the other dealers around me. Thanks.

Anyway, just moved to Tampa area and I’m wondering if there are any upcoming Tacoma meets around here...

That would be awesome, I see quite a few Tacos in and around Tampa, Brandon, Valrico, and surrounding areas... way more than in the Jax metro area.

Haha, summer time gets pretty quiet. People are either working on upgrading their trucks for next wheeling season or they're out fishing or something. I'm in the former group, although it feels like I'm backing up ATM.

The poor OGT went from being a locked front and rear with 33x13.50-15 Super Swamper LTBs badass...

To an open/open sad shadow of her former self on 265/75R16 radials...

It's seriously depressing. I need to get off my arse and get to working on getting her ready for the 35s or 36s. Hopefully @GuyHuey and/or @allenfab can find some time to help me out with welding in the new cross member mounts and maybe some other stuff (like raising the front bumper and making a winch mount for the new winch).

The seriously sad part is my pavement princess went from this...

She looks way more impressive than the OGT now. o_O

Oh, and there's probably going to be a meet up on Memorial Day in Bushnell National Cemetery to place flags on Vet's graves if any of you guys are interest in that. @Rattletrap66 , you should make a thread for that or at least make a note of it on the up-coming meets thread.

I am looking for recommendations of a good tire store in the Tampa area. I don't want clowns ruining my rims! Thanks.

This is where I went to purchase and have tires installed on my new Ray10s. They treated me and my truck very nicely, excellent work, and were very careful with the wheels. They let me kinda hang out in/around the bay watching them as they worked so I kinda kept an eye on things as well. Quick, no balance/vibration issues, great customer service.

Already sent another TW member their way, and he was very happy with service as well as far as I know. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my tire/wheel needs.

My girl is looking to buy a Rav4 around Hudson. Looking for recommendations on dealerships to go to, or maybe to avoid.

Edit: She's looking for a XE hybrid, Wesley Chapel was quoting her for limited models.

Edit 2: I guess some dealers won't quote her an XE without package deals, but won't tell her what the packages include.
