Sorry I'm stuck in Word Party, Paw Patrol, and Masha and the Bear land with my little ones. Finding stupid gifs is getting me through right now. Soon they will go to bed and I can go put on my softtopper.

Does anyone know where these go on Brute force bumper? Are these for front or rear?

Front. The small plates go in the lower part of the front frame horn. That’s where the lower bumper tab bolts through. The larger of the two is the backing plate for the fram reinforcement plates.

Sucks not having any instructions, eh?

For the front. The squares go into the lower piece of rectangular tubing as a backer for the little flanges that go up.
The others go on the backside of the frame when you bolt the reinforcements on.

Edit: @Anderson beat me to it.

Anybody checkout the plans for REI's chuck box? I built something similar years ago. Handy and inexpensive to make too.
Here's the PDF for anyone interested.

Safari or off brand? I've been meaning to do this since I've gone into 2 "puddles" now that swallowed my headlights. Blew my alternator in one of them lol

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

eBay off brand... I can tell you. I've looked at a few ARBs (on other people's trucks), and now installed this one. The difference in quality is negligible. Someone would have to be out of their mind to spend $400+ on the ARB with this one now available.

hahaha - not at first, or second (i think it was second)... then I spied a roll of blue painters tape sitting on a box... "Hey @2BeersPlease ... what about a little blue tape over the capture nut just to hold it in place a bit?" :headbang:

In all honestly, I really don't want to remove the thing - for any reason lol

    lol

I actually thought about you when I posted that... (that's why I specified "with this one available now")

You're O.G. snorkel club. You were too far ahead of the curve for the affordable knockoff version to be available yet.
