I might just take it over to Stratham and see if they can buff it out. I know that they used to refinish wheels.

Can Someone tell me if there is a recall on the factory undercoating of the Tacoma’s? I took mine for oil change and tire balancing and asked about it and it seem like the guy just pushed me out of there.

The undercoating that they put on my frame four years ago and I feel is not very effective. I’ve got rust spots on my frame rails and I’m just wondering what I should do?

its one of the go to paints to cover rust and keep it at bay. This is my first time using it. It's not cheap but it goes on thin and you do 2 coats. It can't be exposed to the sun for prolonged time though so if its going to get sunlight then you need another paint to top coat it with. https://www.por15.com/

 

any mod days coming up? Neighbor is really close to pulling the trigger on a lift kit for his 2013 access cab. Otherwise @dc welding looking to earn some cash/teach. @tacobell007 I know you have access to a lift but Dan is closer lol

 

He drives a Dodge so, naturally, he has a backup vehicle for when the first one decides it doesn't want to work that day (or spontaneously catches on fire).

Contact a aluminum wheel refinisher I have seen far worse repaired. Itll buff out
