Really looking forward to many of your products that you are planning to release this week. Please consider that this is a major holiday weekend coming up and give yourself time off to celebrate it with your family.

 

For reverse/turn as an alternative. My local Home Depot had no hot knives or step bits. I tried with a red hot razor knife and that just made a mess and didn't get very far.

I finally got a small drill bit and, holding the assembly upside down, drilled holes on that rim as close to each other as I could, then I used the hot razor knife to cut through between the holes. Used a Dremel to finish. First one took an hour. Second took < 5 min.

Edit - Just in case, be sure and stick your finger up there and pull out the plastic the drill created before you start with the hot knife. Do the same after using the Dremel.

 

Stage 2 shining bright in Canadian tx lots of storms but that flash of light y’all saw was my taillights-

Crap.... now I notice how dim my license plate lights are... running a Fab Four rear bumper-

Anyone got good recommendations on led lights for the license plate?

ETA: All stock bulbs, no hyper-flashing except when in reverse and turn signal engaged.

 

Yes please wear sunglasses when you are testing and looking into them The intense output in conjunction with the chrome reflector bowl makes for a BRIGHT combo. I also love LEDS because are instant on/off when flashing. It adds to the “getting your attention”

 

installed and... WOW..... took about half hour. used a torch and a HOT X-acto blade to do the trimming, and 6 min epoxy to set the adapters. just WOW. Just Beautiful

Pretty sure that would go to a resistor if needed. I'm just guessing though. I didn't hook that up and it's working great!

A step drill bit has multiple sizes. You are just removing the tabs to fit the switchback. Try putting the switchback in and you'll see what I mean.
