Are those water tight?

 

I don't know about this one in particular, but my Gator trifold keeps out most water. The water that gets in is through gaps elsewhere or whatever drips in when I open mine up.

 

I've had the bakflip 2 in the past and the cover itself was pretty water proof. I would get water intrusion around the rails and the front of the truck bed. You can seal up the gaps and can probably prevent most of the water from getting in.

 

I just bought some 25mm M10 spacers and 50mm long bolts from mcmaster. Less than $30 before shipping. Might not be as pretty, but for the price it works just fine.

Edit: And that's for both seats, 2 spacers each, stainless steel

 

Finally ready to sell my tent. Now used 6 times. Its been sitting in the garage. It works great. The inside light stopped working and I cant find the cord. The zipper had to be repaired but now works. Looking for $1250.
