More to follow, but here’s a summary:
Huge pothole on drivers side cause enough force to twist my axle and break the passenger leafpack. The axle movement is evident - tire closer to mud flap on driver’s side when compared to passenger side.

On 33’s with a full Fox setup.
Big f’in hole...just glad I didn’t hit it on my motorcycle. Makes me want to get a can of spray paint and draw penis art around all the pot holes I can find.

I bet ARB would warranty that, they have a great policy and that seems like it should not have broken.

+1 for spray painted DICKS. This should be standard everywhere.

I saw a news article recently about a guy in PA that drew dicks around all the potholes in his county to get them to finally fix them lol.

I bought them from @HeadStrong Off-Road. I'll shoot Marie an email. I looked for a number on their site...no joy.

Rhode Island will likely decline since my truck is plated in FL. Stay tuned.

Are they broke, or are they just wedged between the shackle and the hanger? What was the verdict? We need closure, its been 4 days! :stirthepot:

*** TOP-NOTCH customer service from ARB (Headstrong referred me to them since ARB warrantees their parts in house ***

Spoke with Brian at ARB. They are going to warranty the set and ship me a new pair of HD leafs.

Likely verdict (according to ARB): HD packs were probably UNDER-loaded and therefore did not act as a spring, but rather a large piece of solid steel that experienced quite a bit of lateral force. When originally purchased I had a shell and was carrying 250lbs of sandbags during the winter months. AT the time of damage the shell was removed and the bed was empty.

Brian recommended removing the overload spring (3rd from top) until I decide to start carrying more weight.
