I purchased a 2019 Tacoma SR 5/3/19. It drove OK at first then started developing a vibration. Took it to the dealer and they balanced 2 of the tires and said that 2 of the tires had flat spots. They supposedly put those 2 on the back. Now the vibration is worse especially around 25 to 27 MPH accelerating and decelerating. Took it back and they Road Force Balanced the tires. I drove it again and the vibration was the same. The technician said he would talk to his supervisor and then was told that it is normal. IT has about 540 miles on it. I am not sure if it is the tires or some suspension or drivetrain issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I will probably get a second opinion, but that may not resolve the issue. Thinking about replacing the Firestone p245/75 r 16 tiress with Michelin p265/70 r 16 tires to sees if it goes away. My concern is if that does not work.

You shouldn't have to do anything out of pocket and any vibration at any speeds is not normal on a paved road. I'd make them fix whatever the problem whatever the cost, the truck doesn't even have 1,000 miles on it. They should cover everything.

Yeah, the first hurdle is getting them to even admit that there is a vibration.

Sounds like you have the same problem that I'm experiencing with my old ford, and why I finally got the new Tacoma. I checked the tires, re-lubed the caliper slides, checked front end suspension for any looseness. It could be that a weight for balancing the driveshaft could have came off. This is more plausible for an old truck like mine and I still have the same issue on the highway. Yours being a new truck would be frustrating.

Welcome to TW! Super frustrating. Where are you located? Maybe you could swap tires with a local Tacomaworld guy for a quick drive to see if the tires are even the issue.
