Online orders taking forever

    I placed an order with c4 fabrication on April 20th, I received a confirmation email within 2 days. The order was said to take 1-2 weeks for production, on May 7th I got the “your order is done” email saying it was being shipped. Now it’s a week later and after calling them I learned they haven’t even boxed it yet. Should orders like this take this long to be finished? I feel like twice the estimated production time is a little long to go without contacting the customer? Any ideas on what I should do? Thought about just canceling the order and finding a different company to go with

    Update - they came 1 month after ordering, overall happy with the product just disappointed they sent an email saying it was ready on the 7th, felt like they were just trying to make sure I though they hit the production deadline. Another 2 weeks for just boxing, I called to check on the order and she said they just had to be boxed, felt stupid long.
