They've got some pretty good rock garden style trails there, you just have to make it past a few puddles to get to them. :boink::anonymous:

But I do it wayyyyyy more often than everyone else. That has made me more comfortable with just sending it and hearing the metal crunch noises though.

I believe I am the high center king with my gen3! Finally get a little suspension underneath since the last one and haven’t really used it yet!
Watch you running a few trails now and then, any suggestions for a camping trip your way? Usually solo here, but have a few days last week of June for a Bday..

I haven't done any camping in the area but I've heard Flagpole Knob is a good spot.

I know a bunch within 50 miles or so of Charlottesville. What are you looking for? Good offroading , hiking, fishing, camping or a good mix ?

Not much hiking with my knees and back. A few trails, nothing extreme, free camping and maybe something near water would be nice for the summer. Been up 81 and 29 many times, but never ventured off.
I am usually solo, but slim chance I could I have a shotgun if my cousin whom I rarely see in N. VA can get out of work-hence nothing on the extreme off-road..
    Thanks!
