Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

Apparently its not an exact reboot (just has similar characters and such of the original but different story lines)....but who cares because this looks absolutely AMAZING! Why COD ever let Treyarch do anything is beyond me because Infinity Ward owns this shit every time! This is preordered like a mofo!

ok that looks pretty dang good, but will it have a BR mode? I'm all about the story modes, but I don't want the standard COD multiplayer anymore..

 

Not much detail on it right now. E3, June 11-13 should reveal alot more information. I have read rumors about online coop campaign though!

 

I'm down for that, not enough co-op campaigns out anymore. a 4 player one would be the bees knees.

but if it comes out as some $80 game I ain't paying that for just a campaign...

 

Have to agree, IW should always do these. I havent played any COD for the last 2 turns, and now, looking at this, want to play it. MW2 was my first one, way back.

 

It move to next step, one can also directly jump to the Call of Duty World War 2.

After the guys over at Respawn left Infinity Ward, and after BO4's predatory microtransaction tactics and marketing lies I have no idea how people can be excited 'bout this game. Maybe that's just me being a cynic, and since i'm a GB guy i'll prob buy it anyway because i'm addicted to GBs, but shit man hard to get excited about a CoD now a days imo since the only servicable one since BO2 was WWII.

Competitive has been good in Blops 4 but besides that the game is a shitshow

I've been bouncing between realism and Hardcore Quick Play rotations. I started running through some Co-Op stuff last night and that was pretty intense.

One thing about this game's storytelling, I don't think I've ever run through a single player campaign for any game in a single sitting before.

 

Yeah, I ran through the campaign in one go. Don't know if it was just that short or if it kept me interested for that long..

I've tried the Co-Op a few times and the only one I've been successful at is the first one. The second one gets insane fast.

 

I just got it for PC free with the purchase of a new video card. The graphics are insane but I haven't played a version of COD in a while and the controls are way different than in RDR2.

So far I am fumbling with even the basic moves. I'm using a XBOX controller.

 

The controls are pretty similar to every FPS I've played but I'm not familiar with RDR2. You might be able to pick a layout that better matches it?

A friend hooked me up with a base version of Escape From Tarkov. I don't see myself ever playing a CoD title again.

 

Damn. That sucks.

 

This is the first COD I haven't gotten since the original Black Ops. It's my go-to franchise. But I couldn't get in to this one. I did play it, but found it to be really campy in some modes. In that 30 v 30 mode I spent most of my time getting sniped from some dude in a third floor half a mile away. I did enjoy the 2 v 2 mode a lot. That wasn't enough to get me into the game though.

 

I’ve played cod since MW and this game by far is one of the worse IMO. I’m a COD fanboy so I still play it. TTK on this game is insane and the guns are OP af. No reason to even play hardcore lol. Played GB’s with earning and UMG tournys since BO2. Ground war is pretty fun especially with a big group of people. If anyone wants to play hmu on xbone

PS: Not too much of a skill gap in this game due to too many campers and op guns. I love my cod, don’t get me wrong but damn do I rage lol

 

Not really. Tarkov is everything CoD should have been. In beta form it's a much better game.
