Can’t wait for mine to be there. I’ve got 2 things I gotta do before focusing on looks. I’ve got a timing chain coming up and new clutch

Thanks man! Any reason why you're replacing the chain? I've never had to replace one, usually just hear of the guides going out.

Just trying to do some maintenance. It has 418k miles and none of the previous owners know if it was done or not so

So this is what I decided to go with, Pretty lame drop but I'm looking for performance over looks.
Can anyone suggest where to get a bushing kit, sway bars or other goods that will help with handling?

    33" mudders
energy suspension for the steering rack, moog blue bushings are good for the sway bar bushings.

I have helper bags on the rear of my Xrunner, I also have a 2 in drop. I used AIR LIFT 59564 kit, I didn't mount them how the directions say because I have a rear sway bar. I mounted them in front of the axle and they work great. I also have the wireless air kit so I can fill them remotely.

Never really cared enough for the lifted truck look to do it to one of my vehicles but I've lowered a few in my day. The 4wd in my truck has been used maybe 3 times in the 80,000 miles I've owned it. I've looked thru about 30 pages of this thread, so far, I haven't seen a 4x4 base model lowered with the black fender flairs. I'm not sure how a lowered base would look with the black flairs, any opinions?

Did you already buy it? Summit racing has $150 rebate right now on this kit so price drops to $277!!! Curious to know your thoughts after installing because I'm looking to go this route too. I'd love QA1s but $$$

@hemitruk do you know how i could go about dropping the rear another half inch or inch if i already have the sos 3.5" drop out back? I am thinking i will need to add some hellwigs to keep it from bottoming out as it bottoms out right now sometimes

Id like to make the truck sit level, it has some rake right now

Check with @Torspd. I think he"s using stock rear shackle with aftermarket spring perch .I got full helwig helpers and helps with bottoming out .
Also I remember Sos made a 1in block spacer for someone onetime .Can check with them . Forgot owners name:facepalm:

That is correct on what my setup is. Plus the stiffer XR leaf springs, and shorted bump stops.
