Would anyone on here be interested in a OEM TRD Pro grill with the 18+ garnish. Im considering selling mine because I kind of like the stock grill w/black bezel more.

No damage and it is OEM, I went through the hassle of the vin check and all that.

Not sure what they go for but I'd take $250

Possibly, is there any way to remove the garnish for a 2016 w/ out the safety sensors?

No, you leave the garnish in, it has that glossy area in the bottom center instead of being mesh throughout. The last time I looked the 2016-17 Pro grill model was about $100 more than the 18+, for OEM at least. So you can either wait for an early model or pay a little more, if you cant live with the garnish that is.

I might be setting a new record for laziness in quoting someone's CraigsList post, but I actually have the same set available in Black for the same price. I'm near Monroe, WA if interested.

Yeah they’re the same. Just impedance varies between JBL and regular. Which do you have?

From research, looks like the typical speaker is 4 ohms, while the JBL system uses 2 ohm speaker. That means using a 4 ohm speaker in a JBL truck effectively cuts your volume because the power delivered to the speaker is reduced by half. Low impedance speakers seem like a bit of a "cheat" to boost power to the speakers.

Looking at Crutchfield, there are 20+ tweeters available that are 4 ohms or higher, but just 3 that are 2-3 ohms. So clearly low impedance speakers are not the "norm". The ones I'm looking at are $80 for the pair. Probably should just go ahead and replace all six speakers, and the head unit. Better yet, replace the WHOLE truck, but it's $70k for a diesel optioned how I want....:(
