Truck had about 70,000km on it when it started, now at 83,000km

    I've tightened so many things..

Nothing is loose, no play anywhere

    Bumper..

    Frame fasteners..

    Rad..

    Control arms..

    Steering rack..

    Struts..

    Body mounts..

    Coil seats are lubed..

I'm at a loss.. AIt seems when the wheel is slightly turned its more apt to do it..

Any ideas would be great... Or if people had this and fixed it..

Mine made similar noise when going over small bumps or dips, especially when wheel was turned. Tried tightening everything I could. Very frustrating. Toyota couldn’t figure it out, but agreed to try new Bilstein 4600s under warranty. Problem solved. Maybe they retorqued something I missed, but more than likely it was the cheap strut. Good luck! Let us know what you find out.

Interesting....I'm experiencing what I believe is the same issue. Going in for 10k service next week. I'll see if they have any thoughts.

    My truck has no mods...

I feel like its something to do with the strut as well.. Possibly the coil seat..
