    The paint on my sliders was chipped away at big-time when I went to ME, mind you I have no mud flaps and I was hauling ass everywhere.
    The pipe that is horizontal with the truck was fine but the vertical pipe was chipped down to bear metal....oops:rofl:

    I’ll look into the enamel, thanks for the tip. I was going to por15, but I planned on going over them every year or so I was just thinking of Rust-Oleum, or the premium version.

    I used some POR 15 Top Coat on the Tundra diff. Seems to be some pretty tough stuff & is UV stable.
    I had to sand down a spot to add some JB Weld & the Top Coat really fought my wire wheel.
