That's airtight? I pressure tested my tube after I welded the bung in.

Yes, I used a sealer when I tightened it down.

I installed the wire for the AFR sensor and then other projects took over. I'm doing suspension and engine work on a Honda Civic EJ for a few days.

Yeah I've got the hose and attachments, the tank is just pitifully small. But... if it works I just need it for the nut-busting torque, which should be the work of about 2 seconds. I'm eyeballing this:

2235TiMAX Series Impact Wrench - Do you think 1350 ft-lbs will do the job?

Good god man, that's an expensive gun. Haha. For that price I'd go and get an electric impact for slightly more.

I would wait until you have a better air compressor before you start buying expensive air tools. No point in having them if you compressor only runs it for 3 seconds.

In fact I had a 3 gallon pancake compressor than ran my gun for exactly 5 seconds before losing pressure.

I upgraded to this combo gauge.

It’s absolutely fantastic, wish I had this Gauge in a long time ago.

Something to think about for you maybe?

    This is the coolest gauge!!!!

First of all it’s actually a boost gauge and an AFR Gauge in one, so one pillar pod is all you need.

This gauge has the option to set as a boost gauge only or an AFR Gauge only.

You also have the option of have both gauges showing at the same time with the larger display as your choice of being the AFR or the boost.

You can toggle either gauge at any time to have either boost or AFR as your leading gauge.

It also shows the vacuum as part of the boost gauge.

It also has a button setting that shows the top boost pressure you have run. This clears each time
    you turn the motor off.

It also has a warning display that says “02 CUT”

This display pops up on the top right corner whenever the AFR is out of its safe zone running lean.

The gauge also let’s you set the AFR warnings limits.

So let’s say you set the warning “02 cut” at 13.5 and the AFR under boost goes over the lean number of 13.5 or higher it will give you the warning “02 CUT” display so you know something is wrong with your setup, (running lean)

    The gauge works fantastic!

The failsafe will not actually cut the boost because our trucks are an older design, for a newer truck
the gauge when it goes into the “02 CUT” (lean area) it would actually stop the boost from going higher.

It also has a light is the guage that tells you when to shift, but that part doesn’t work on our older truck.

So now I will always know what’s going on with my AFR and boost at all times.

I have a Speedhut Boost gauge, and my other gauge for monitoring AFR is the PLX DM-6 Multigauge.

Co2 stored in liquid form can definitely run some air tools; for how long will just depend on the size tank you have.

I tried it with my buddy's 5lb and 10lb tank and was impressed; got myself the 5lb for airing up tires but if I needed to run tools where power wasn't available, I can.

The electric was twice the price and provided half the torque. I ordered the pneumatic wrench and a 20-gallon air compressor. I'm going to bust those nuts or break something expensive come Monday.

The Milwaukee one does 1,400 ft-lbs. Definitely going to get it when I have the extra money. Would be a godsend at junkyards or places without Air.

Use a 6 point socket if you're not already. Harbor freight sells a telescoping ratchet that is great for the extra leverage. Don't worry about turning the gearbox. The motor does that when you drive.

Good! My 30 gal compressor is one of my favorite tools. I have an ingersoll rand impact as well and you will be very happy with that purchase, works awesome!

I'm sure it will be great for use in junkyards, but the listing says 750 in-lbs. torque. That's a far cry from 1350 ft-lbs. MOAR POWER.

So I got to thinking about this seat swap I want to do. I wasnt really happy that my new drivers seat had holes and tears, and would require a seat cover to stay looking good. So, I noticed that the stock passenger seat in my truck is identical to the passenger seat I bought today, which is immaculate. Ok, so no real need to remove my stock passenger seat then. Since the only damage to my new drivers seat is on the bottom cushion, Ill just swap the cushion with the perfect one from my spare passenger seat. Well, that idea works perfect! Only issue is real minor, and thats that the vinyl will be facing out instead of in on my new drivers seat. But meh, no biggie there, if anything the vinyl is more resistant to tears than the fabric so its good that it will be facing the door.

As with most Amazon listings, shits wrong.

The 2767 M18 FUEL™ High Torque ½” Impact Wrench with Friction Ring eliminates the need to use a pneumatic tool for those stubborn and rusted bolts by delivering 1,000 ft-lbs of fastening torque and 1400 ft-lbs of nut-busting torque.

My stubby Aircat 1055-TH does like 650ft lbs of break torque. Pretty stout for its compact size. Only thing is, is that using a universal joint with an impact sucks all the power away. Mine couldnt do my brake caliper bolts because of that.
