    Not sure on the advantage of a RF smoker. Just wanted to comment that i have an elevated baking rack that i put in to add another level to cook stuff on. I’ve also used the charcoal rack for the smoke chamber to put stuff below the main cooking grate.

    If you are talking pellets a vertical one gives you lots of room. So far I am very happy with mine. Pit Boss or Louisiana Grills Series 7.

    Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
    So called Masterbuilt yesterday. Decided to go on the call back queue. Never heard back. So called this morning as soon as they opened. They were closed temporarily for training :mad: I called back at 830, was on hold for 15 minutes, finally spoke with Keith. He was pleasant and helpful, thankfully after the BS. He is shipping me a new burner element free of charge :D Hopefully that is the solution :fingerscrossed:
