We can roll over 120 hours every year, you earn 1/12 of your current max earning every month on your anniversary day. Everything over is cashed out. but you can have a ton more at any given time, but when it's rollover day its cashed out.

0-5 yrs: 80 hrs/yr
5-15 yrs: 120 hrs/yr
15-20 yrs: 160 hrs/yr
20-30 yrs: 200 hrs/yr
30+ yrs: 240hrs/yr

You can also borrow up to a year in advance but you have to work that whole year and can't leave unless you pay back what you haven't earned yet.

 

They can. But they're the govt so they can do whatever the hell they want.

Basically I could work 2 years and not take any and have 2 months off. They shit when you try to take 2 weeks off though. I just throw that shit back at them. Tell em I didn't work here 21 fucking years to be told I can't take my fucking vacation. Especially when I give you 6 months advanced notice that I'm taking off.

That's what I'm shooting for too. I went by and saw a buddy this past Friday on my way home from the decked deal. He's into RZR's(just bought a 1000cc turbo'd with 32's) and wants to go out to Moab next year. I told him I was game, so it may become a yearly deal...…..our buddy in Denver said he's going regardless

 

Ah nice, some of those things cost as much as a new car..
I'd love to get out to moab and into the mountains around here. All of my Jeep wheeling was done in GA/SC so I haven't really gone anywhere out this way yet.

 

I'm sure his was close to 20K. He and his wife bought make real good money and have no kids...…….so he has some cool toys
