Btw y’all see Eddie hall and Larry wheels both tore their bicep muscles off the tendon and that it’s almost impossible to surgically fix? That shit looks insane and incredibly painful

Needs a bigger chunk of meat. But still sounds killer. I’d eat it.

Blasted the living hell out of the hammies yesterday. Since I split hammies and quad day up I feel like I am able to focus more on building my legs - especially my hammies. I always did more quad work than ham. Not anymore... Now they are even as it should be. They are beat to hell today - LOVE IT!

Now on to a even better day, CHEST DAY OBVIOUSLY since it's Monday. Favorite day right now.

FYI Amazon prime day going on... Hella sales on tons of shit... If anyone interested in some beats headphones they have hell of a sale right now (apple only - I wouldn't use if android... IMO). Long and short - apple bought beats, put their technology in it and the quality is better with apple phone.

    Anywho - https://www.amazon.com/Beats-Solo3-Wireless-Ear-Headphones/dp/B01LWWY3E2

Got a chance to check out an obstacle course gym that was set up inspired by America Ninja Warrior on Sunday. It was so much fun and I finally got to try the Warped Wall. They had a 10' 12' and 14'. The show just recently increased their wall to 14.5' and added an 18' bonus wall. I'm pretty confident I would eat it hard on either of those. I easily got the 10' and 12' but failed a good 5 times on the 14'. I took about 45min off to do other obstacles and came back and nailed it before we left. It's intimidating being up that high but you just have to commit and lay out for it. If anyone follows my insta, I have some cool videos of their obstacles (@instaseivers).

I now have a new appreciation for the people on that show and won't judge them so harshly when they wipe out from the comfort of my couch. I also realized I'm not cut out for the ninja life. Anything that required finger grip strength humbled me quickly :( Also all that hanging and swinging ruined my shoulder. It hurt taking a shirt on and off yesterday :bananadead:

    Nice that's freaking cool!

I at one time practiced bouldering (indoor) and my god the finger strength was horrible. I gave it a good 6 months of pretty steady practice and I did make huge improvement. Shortly after not related to bouldering I hurt my back and never went back. Finger strength went to hell! Lol.

I realized afterwards that 225 pounds and rock climbing really isn't for me anyway. I would move holds (they called me the hold tester LOL) and I could often skip alot of holds due to my size (not on harder courses tho ofc lol)
