    What's unfortunate is I had been living in SATX the past 3 and half years but that was my first time out there. I had been too scared as the truck is my daily driver but I am glad I went out there. When I come back to Texas I'll be headed there for sure more often.

    Bumpers and sliders are the next big purchases so I can do the big boy stuff like yal

    Too many to list... Ask if you have any questions.
    A couple quick questions as I am a newbie...

    1. How important are comms on the trail (CB Handheld vs Mobile) if even needed?
    2. I'll be in a leveled 2019 TRD OR (3"). Any advice on necessities? Food, water, fuel, basic equipment (tow straps, tools, etc...)?

    I want to be prepared so I'm not a burden, but I don't want to be that guy either! Thanks in advance y'all!

    1) I’ve never had a working CB setup in my truck, ever

    2) beer food and water. You should invest in a strap and some shackles but there will be people with that shit. One of those mobile tool sets is nice to have but meh
