Make sure you find their entrance holes and spray foam or seal them. One house we lived in had mice and i moved the stove to clean and they had a hole straight down to the crawlspace. They never finished it for whatever reason so the mice had a garage door coming in, i fixed and sealed it, never had mice inside again

 

I put steel wool into the hole a ways then fill with spray foam , they can't chew through it

 

Have you looked into renting a storage unit or other space?

 

We use nok-out for odor related cleaning. Never been a huge fan of natures miracle.

 

I did a small building with Natures Miracle that smelled so bad of rat piss it made your eyes water , couple days later , couldn't smell it at all

 

the cheapest price I found was $0.83/sf/month with a minimum of 3100 sf = $2573/month. Things cost too much here.

 

Polished up my 14' farm style metal vehicle swing gate at my shop site with some cedar slats
